アジアザリガニ属とは、ロシア南部・中国南北部・朝鮮半島・日本の南アジアに分布する淡水性ザリガニの属である。
ポンタスタクス属(Pontastacus)と共にアジア特産のザリガニである。アジアザリガニ属には7種が属する[1][2][3]。

和名は、環境省 (2020)に従う[4]。
